Led design of a unified interface for managing client tariffs in a B2B logistics platform used by Samokat.tech.
Problem: Tariff data was distributed across multiple backend services, and changes required involvement from backend developers — a costly and inefficient process. Commercial team members had no central place to view fulfillment clients, their contracts, and tariffs.
Challenge: Designed a tree-based interface with clear hierarchy and contextual actions. Introduced UX constraints and cascade logic to ensure data integrity and reduce dependency on developers.
Outcome: Turned a multi-step, dev-dependent process into a fast, self-service flow — now handled in seconds without engineers.
Led design for an internal monitoring tool used by support and risk teams in a betting platform to search, analyze, and take action on player activity.
Problem: There is currently no product that fully meets the needs of both support and risk management teams.
Challenge: Conduct user research, define use cases, and design an interface that fully covers all user scenarios.

Crypto Wallet
Led design for a non-custodial crypto wallet (mobile, extension, web) focused on asset management, exchange, and purchase flows across Web3 platforms.
Problem: Only ~12% of users completed exchange or buy flows; over 50% of swaps were made via third-party addresses, reducing wallet retention and service volume.
Challenge: Conducted UX research and analytics to identify issues: hidden purchase flow, unclear steps, long process, lack of quick inputs. Redesigned UX, split features, and optimized key interactions.
Outcome: Increased flow completion rate from 12% to 19%, reduced third-party swaps by 25%, and boosted user clarity and confidence through a more focused and transparent UI.
