Delivery cost calculation service for a logistics platform with 1M+ daily orders
Problem: Client tariff data was scattered across different services, and making changes required backend developers, which made the process expensive and inefficient.
Operators didn’t have centralized access to manage tariffs and solve urgent tasks.
Task: Research the process of managing client contracts and design a solution that reduces user journey steps and lowers the cost of task completion.
Result: I designed an interface that allows users to update client contracts in just a few clicks — instead of going through long and expensive communication with developers.
CFPS Digital bank
Neobank for digital nomads in the European Union
Role: Sole designer on the project. Worked in a product team with a PM, analysts, and developers.
Task: Design a banking app and an admin panel.
Result: Released the MVP to the app store. First users successfully received both digital and physical cards.
Crypto Wallet
Non-custodial wallet for managing crypto assets — store, buy, and exchange in one place.
Problem:
Only ~12% of users completed exchanges or purchases.
High usage of external wallet addresses caused liquidity to leak out of our product.

Design a solution to improve key product metrics.
Outcome:
Increased the number of exchanges by 7%, reduced external address usage by 25% and boosted wallet creation conversion by 60%.
